Every two years, the industry information service markt intern surveys office furniture retailers in Germany to gauge their satisfaction with their key suppliers. The evaluation is based on a school-grade scale across twelve criteria: ranging from product quality and delivery performance to support in the commercial sector. In the 2026 “Office Furniture Manufacturers” performance ranking, WINI took second place among the ten manufacturers evaluated, with an average grade of 1.76. In 2024, WINI ranked fifth with a grade of 2.06.
Strong collaboration with specialty retailers is the foundation of everything we do. We thank our partners for their trust and honest feedback. It helps us understand where we stand and what we need to continue working on.
WINI has improved in every single criterion and ranks second in eleven of them. Specialty retailers give WINI the highest ratings for:
WINI has shown the most significant improvement in product quality: rising from 9th place to 2nd. In terms of field sales support and support for commercial projects, it has moved from 5th to 2nd place in each category. These are the criteria that specialty retailers use to determine whether working with a manufacturer pays off in day-to-day business and on projects.
Great, innovative products, high quality, excellent customer service, commitment to specialty retailers, long-standing, close collaboration. Regional focus, support from the sales force, sustainability and quality, exemplary support from the commercial projects department, simple processes!
WINI manufactures the furniture that our specialty retail partners design and install. As a result, our end customers directly experience our high standards in delivery, complaint handling, and product quality. When it comes to sustainability, retailers also cite specific reasons: the SARA panel made from 100% recycled wood, which is available for all WINI table, cabinet, and shelving systems, and an environmental management system that is validated and registered under EMAS.
“The result confirms the path that WINI is taking together with its specialty retail partners: close support, reliable processes, and furniture that works well in projects.”
