Client: Vanderlande
Building size: 142 workstations on 1546m2 of office space
Idea: During the pandemic, Vanderlande has created a modern working environment for its employees With innovative solutions such as Pedestral garages and flexible desks. This project shows how companies can meet the changing requirements of the workplace through individual solutions and customizing. Furniture systems used: WINEA FLOW desk system, WINEA SONIC acoustic elements, WINEA MAXX storage system and WINEA MAXX Locker
Employees can choose between four bright open-plan offices, colorful retreats and elegant conference rooms - depending on which environment best suits their current work. As employees need a lot of storage space for their work, some of the desks have been extended in an L-shape with a corner extension desk. With the electromotive height-adjustable WINEA FLOW desk, the workstation can be adapted to the personal sitting and standing height at the touch of a button.
Cross-roller cabinets near the workstation provide additional storage space. The Cabinets are both a privacy screen and a meeting point for colleagues to have a Short exchange. Various panels at the Desk and in the room optimize the acoustics and provide visual screening in the open space.
For individual, mobile storage space, each employee has access to WINEA MAXX pedestals on castors, which can be parked in garages in the corridor zones if they are not needed.
