WINEA MAXX Locker is available with four locking systems: key, combination lock, fingerprint, and RFID lock. All systems operate without a power connection and can be integrated into existing building systems. This allows the locking system to be adapted to the security requirements and management structure of each company.
Yes—the WINEA MAXX Locker is specifically designed for modern work concepts such as hot-desking and desk-sharing. In a hot-desking environment, there are no longer fixed workstations: Employees choose an available desk each day and need a personal locker for their laptop, documents, and personal belongings. WINEA MAXX Locker fulfills exactly this function—as a personal locker in open-plan office spaces. With four locking systems (key, combination lock, fingerprint, RFID), the access solution can be flexibly adapted to the size of the company and its IT infrastructure. Thanks to system dimensions accurate to the millimeter, WINEA MAXX Locker integrates seamlessly into existing open-space layouts.
WINEA MAXX Locker is designed as a “room-within-a-room” solution and can be used as a space-dividing element in open-plan office spaces. The variable widths of the cabinet elements—ranging from 40 to 160 cm—allow for flexible arrangements that both create storage space and define zones within the room—without the need for additional partitions.
Upon request, each compartment of the WINEA MAXX Locker can be equipped with a USB charger, a Netbox, or an electrical outlet. This allows employees to charge their devices in their lockers overnight or during work hours. The electrical components are optional and integrated into the locker’s structure.
WINEA MAXX Locker is certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), Quality Office, TÜV GS, Blue Angel, EMAS III, and FEMB Level 3. These certifications attest to the quality, safety, and sustainability of the cabinet system, which is developed and manufactured in Germany.

WINEA MAXX Locker is a locker cabinet system developed by WINI Büromöbel and manufactured in Germany. Cabinet widths range from 400 to 1,600 mm, with a depth of 450 mm. Each configuration is tailored to the spatial and organizational requirements of the respective office—from individual solutions to locker systems that define room layouts.

WINEA MAXX lockers are developed and manufactured in Germany. They meet the high quality and sustainability standards of the entire WINEA MAXX product family and are designed for long-term use. Upon request, the lockers are available with the SARA panel—a particleboard made from 100% recycled wood, certified according to PEFC and FSC. The WINEA MAXX system is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Quality Office, TÜV GS, Blue Angel, EMAS III, and FEMB Level 3. Commercial customers receive a 10-year long-term warranty and a 10-year backorder guarantee—ensuring long-term investment and planning security.
Blue Angel | The Blue Angel is a German environmental label. For furniture made of wood and wood-based materials, it identifies low-emission products for indoor use and takes into account environmental and health requirements, among other factors. |
TÜV/GS | The GS mark stands for “Tested Safety.” It confirms that a ready-to-use product has been tested by an independent testing agency for safety requirements in accordance with the Product Safety Act. |
Quality Office | Quality Office is a quality label for office furniture. It evaluates products based on requirements for safety, ergonomics, functionality, flexibility, durability, sustainability, and accompanying service. |
FEMB LEVEL 3 | FEMB LEVEL is a European sustainability certification for office and contract furniture. It evaluates environmental and social sustainability aspects throughout the product life cycle. Level 3 is the highest level within the LEVEL system. |

10-Year WINI Backorder Guarantee | The WINI continued supply guarantee is valid for 10 years on all WINI products. It begins when the product is listed as a “continued supply” item in the WINI price lists. The guarantee ensures product functionality; an identical 1:1 replacement is not required. |
