WINI Büromöbel Georg Schmidt GmbH & Co. KG, Auhagenstr. 79, 31863 Coppenbrügge, Marienau (WINI), as the manufacturer (warrantor), grants the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) the product warranty described below.
Important Note: This manufacturer’s warranty does not limit your statutory rights in the event of defects, and you may exercise these rights free of charge. Consequently, any existing statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this warranty promise. This warranty promise from the manufacturer therefore does not infringe upon your statutory rights but rather enhances your legal position.
This warranty applies exclusively to all WINI products, unless an exclusion from the warranty is expressly stated. The warranty period is neither interrupted nor suspended when a warranty service is performed. This does not apply to warranty services provided within the statutory warranty period.
WINI provides a 5-year warranty on the product advertised with this warranty promise. The period for calculating the warranty term begins on the invoice date of the purchased product. Should material defects, manufacturing defects, or other defects occur in the product you purchased during this period, the warrantor will provide one of the following services at its discretion under this warranty:

Please note: Without providing this information, and in particular without submitting a copy of the invoice, a warranty claim may be rejected, as the warranty provider cannot verify whether the warranty period has been observed. The warranty provider will contact you immediately after the warranty claim is submitted and provide you with any additional information required for further processing.
The return of a product subject to a claim within the warranty period may only take place with the express consent of WINI. The warranty product must be shipped in its original packaging or equivalent packaging. WINI shall not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by improper packaging during transport.
In the case of valid warranty claims, the warranty process is always free of charge, i.e., the warranty provider reimburses any shipping costs incurred in sending the product. If disassembly of the product or parts is necessary for their return to the warranty provider, the warranty provider shall bear the costs required for the disassembly, whether incurred by the warranty provider (e.g., travel expenses or costs for performing the work) or by an authorized third party (e.g., the dealer’s technician).
The warranty applies to all products used in Germany. Only the owner of the product is entitled to claim under the warranty; the warranty is non-transferable. Governing Law This warranty is governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

WINI Büromöbel Georg Schmidt GmbH & Co. KG, Auhagenstr. 79, 31863 Coppenbrügge, Marienau (“WINI”), as the guarantor, grants the customer (also referred to as the client) the product and backorder guarantee described below.
This warranty applies in addition to any statutory or contractual claims and rights of the customer in the event of defects. The warranty is provided free of charge, and these rights are not restricted by the warranty.
The availability guarantee for all WINI products is 10 years. The guarantee begins when the products are listed as available in our price lists. Excluded are materials, finishes, and add-on parts that require special tools. This availability guarantee does not require a 1-to-1 replacement of components but merely ensures the functionality of the purchased product.
This warranty applies exclusively to all WINI products, unless an exclusion from the warranty is expressly noted during the quotation or order processing (e.g., for customer-specific decors from third-party suppliers, or design modifications that could compromise the product’s stability). The warranty period is neither interrupted nor suspended when a warranty service is performed. This does not apply to warranty services provided within the statutory warranty period.
A warranty claim exists if a warranted product exhibits a defect within the warranty period and no warranty exclusion applies.
WINI provides a long-term warranty of 10 years from the production date of January 1, 2022, as indicated on the delivery note or the production date on the product label beneath the product, subject to the following conditions:
Within the first 5 years after the production date, WINI provides a so-called full warranty. The full warranty covers the costs of replacement parts, including shipping costs, and repair of the product on-site or at the factory.
After the full warranty expires, WINI will cover the costs of all replacement parts required to repair the product under the long-term warranty. The costs for performing the warranty work, including travel and shipping costs, will be invoiced. These costs will be communicated to the customer in writing or via email as part of a cost estimate or quote prior to the warranty work being performed. If the customer rejects the offer to perform the work within a period of 14 days from the date of the offer, the customer is entitled to delivery of the spare parts for repair. Shipping costs will not be covered.
Claims under the warranty are excluded if any of the reasons described in the section “Grounds for Exclusion from Warranty” apply.

The warranty period applies under normal industrial use, i.e., 8 hours/day for 220 working days per year. In the case of multi-shift operation or 24-hour/day use, the warranty period is reduced accordingly.
In the event of a warranty claim, WINI will remedy the defect—at its discretion—by repairing the warranted product or supplying new or refurbished parts.
Replaced or exchanged products and parts become the property of WINI. If WINI’s inspection reveals that no warranty claim exists, WINI may charge a service fee of €50 plus the costs for resolving the complaint.

This warranty is governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the buyer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code or a legal entity under public law, the exclusive—including international—place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the warranty is the registered office of WINI.
