Since February 2025, WINI furniture has featured a UPID NFC label. The Unique Product Identifier links to a digital product passport containing information such as material composition, manufacturing details, user manuals, certificates, and sustainability data.

This means the modular shelving unit can also complement existing WINEA MAXX furnishings.
For commercial customers, the WINEA MAXX modular shelving system comes with a 10-year long-term warranty starting from the date of manufacture. The first five years are covered by a full warranty: WINI covers the full cost of replacement parts, installation, and shipping. From the sixth through the tenth year, material costs will continue to be covered; installation and shipping costs will be communicated in advance via a cost estimate. WINEA MAXX modular shelving units feature a UPID NFC label (Unique Product Identifier) on the inside of a cabinet panel. Scanning the label with a smartphone opens the digital product file, which contains information on material composition, manufacturing details, certificates, assembly instructions, and sustainability data. The WINEA MAXX modular shelving system is available in three module widths—400, 600, and 800 mm—with module depths of 320 and 450 mm. The steel frame, made of 20 mm square tubing, supports shelves that are 19 mm thick and can hold up to 24 kg. The maximum assembled height depends on the choice of base and the combination with WINEA MAXX cabinet units.
