The WINEA FLOW desk system combines electric height adjustment with a minimalist design and was developed in collaboration with designer Uwe Sommerlade. WINEA FLOW is a height-adjustable sit-stand desk system featuring an intuitive operating concept, extremely fast motorized height adjustment, and many user-friendly details. This modular work table offers a wide range of configuration and customization options: You can use WINEA FLOW as a single workstation, a dual workstation, a bench, a meeting table, or a conference table. This office desk also integrates very well into flexible workspace structures for desk sharing, activity-based working, and coworking. No matter which office concept you choose to work with, WINEA FLOW provides you with a height-adjustable desk system that is developed and manufactured in Germany.

During the development of WINEA FLOW, guided by the motto “Smarter. Faster. More Beautiful. Make It Happen,” the primary focus was on users and ease of use.
The rounded, black corner serves as an intuitive control. This smart control element blends seamlessly into the tabletop and, thanks to its visual presence, invites the user to operate it. The goal of this intuitive and simplified operation is to increase the frequency of use. This innovative, activity-promoting control concept also won over the jury of the 2018 Active Office Awards.
Thinking Long-Term: WINEA FLOW and the Total Cost of Ownership
WINEA FLOW is designed for a service life of 15 years or more—and that’s exactly what makes it a cost-effective choice in the long run. Four factors make the difference:
- First, the service life—according to the depreciation table, the standard service life for office furniture is 13 years; WINEA FLOW exceeds that.
- Second, reparability—the tabletop, lift columns, drive mechanism, and control system can be replaced as individual parts, not just as a complete unit.
- Third, adaptability—once purchased, the system can be modified with new add-ons, different tabletop sizes, or updated cable management without having to be replaced.
- Fourth, recyclability—97% of the desk is recyclable (see Environmental Product Declaration), and with the optional SARA tabletop, reclaimed wood is permanently incorporated into the furniture.

The WINEA FLOW desk system from WINI Büromöbel is electrically height-adjustable from 65 to 125 cm. This range covers both ergonomic sitting heights and comfortable standing heights for people of different heights. The height adjustment is motorized, allowing users to switch between sitting and standing positions throughout the workday. WINEA FLOW thus meets the requirements of DIN EN 527 for height-adjustable office desks.
WINEA FLOW is available in three frame configurations and can be set up as a single workstation, a dual workstation, a bench, a meeting table, or a conference table. The table system was developed in collaboration with designer Uwe Sommerlade and is manufactured by WINI Büromöbel in Germany. Thanks to its modular design, WINEA FLOW is suitable for both private offices and open-plan layouts as well as desk-sharing environments.
The Lift cable channel is a cable management system that moves automatically with the desk during height adjustment. At WINI Office Furniture, the Lift cable channel is included as standard equipment. This ensures that cables and wires at the workstation remain neatly organized at all times—regardless of whether the desk is in the sitting or standing position. This reliably prevents cables from hanging down during each height adjustment.
The WINEA FLOW operating concept has been honored with the German Innovation Award and the Active Office Award. Both awards recognize the intuitive operating concept featuring the distinctive switch that actively encourages users to adjust the height. WINEA FLOW is developed and manufactured by WINI Büromöbel in Germany.
WINEA FLOW can be integrated into flexible workspace layouts for desk sharing, activity-based working, and coworking. As an electrically height-adjustable desk system with a travel range of 65 to 125 cm, WINEA FLOW supports the alternation between sitting and standing, which is recommended for ergonomic work. Its configurability in five different setups—single workstation, dual workstation, bench, meeting table, and conference table—makes WINEA FLOW suitable for everything from the classic private office to an open “New Work” environment. Thanks to its outstanding design and adjustable sizes, WINEA FLOW is also ideal for an ergonomic workspace at home.
WINI Office Furniture offers commercial customers a 10-year extended warranty on WINEA FLOW. A full warranty applies for the first five years: WINI covers the full cost of replacement parts, installation, and shipping. From the sixth through the tenth year, replacement part costs are covered; installation and travel costs will be communicated in advance via a cost estimate. The WINEA FLOW table system is available in tabletop widths ranging from 800 to 2000 mm and tabletop depths of 800 and 900 mm. The tabletops are 19 mm thick; in addition, various extension surfaces as well as elliptical and barrel-shaped designs are available for conference tables. Electrically height-adjustable sit-stand models cover a range from 650 to 1,250 mm—available with either standard adjustment (HV) or quick adjustment (HV+), including resistance detection.

WINEA FLOW Brings Movement to the Office
WINEA FLOW’s intuitive operating concept, featuring its distinctive switch (“the corner”), is designed to encourage desk workers to use their desk’s height adjustment feature. After all, movement in the workplace is important and provides health and productivity benefits:
- Movement helps prevent ergonomic problems that can result from sitting at a desk or during meetings for hours on end. Changing positions and moving around can reduce strain on the musculoskeletal system.
- Short breaks for movement can boost concentration and productivity. They allow the brain to take a brief break and return to work feeling refreshed and more focused.
- Prolonged sitting is associated with various health risks, including cardiovascular disease, back pain, and obesity. Physical activity can help minimize these risks.
- Movement in the workplace can reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
Durable quality and innovative design
WINEA FLOW by WINI is developed and manufactured in Germany. The desk is certified with the Blue Angel, FEMB Level 3, and TÜV/GS; WINI’s quality and environmental management system is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EMAS (see Downloads for certificates). For commercial customers, WINI offers a 10-year long-term warranty as well as a 10-year replacement guarantee, thereby providing long-term investment and planning security. The optional SARA tabletop is made from 100% recycled, PEFC-certified reclaimed wood: The reclaimed wood used is often otherwise incinerated; in durable WINI furniture, the carbon it contains remains in the material cycle for longer. The SARA tabletop has been nominated for the German Sustainability Award for Products 2025.
