WINEA SLIM is a space-saving storage system for use close to the workstation in the office. It is a slim, multifunctional and electrifiable storage solution for space-efficient offices and home office workstations. The modular system offers customizable, ergonomic storage space directly at the workstation. It can be locked, is suitable for team offices, open offices and can be used in conjunction with a very compact individual workstation. WINEA SLIM was developed by WINI in collaboration with designer Michael Hilgers.

Everything within easy reach: With WINEA SLIM, you can improve the ergonomic organization of your workspace thanks to its direct connection to the desk and numerous additional, individually adjustable storage surfaces. The integration of technical modules—such as cable outlets, power and network connections, an induction charging pad, and a desk lamp—along with hidden electrical wiring, makes WINEA SLIM a particularly practical storage solution.
What makes WINEA SLIM so special?
WINEA SLIM offers a wide range of uses in even the smallest of spaces. From a super-slim container, a single-sided cabinet, and an apothecary cabinet to a version designed for two-sided work. You can also use WINEA SLIM in very compact individual workstations—or in a home office—since this cabinet and container system is particularly space-efficient. The modular cabinet system connects to the desk and provides practical, space-saving personal storage right at the workstation—including clever integration of technology. The double back panel not only allows for concealed, vertical cable routing but also enables the integration of lamps or an electrified shelf unit.
High-quality, space-saving storage
WINEA SLIM is a slim, modular storage system for the office and home office that offers ergonomic, secure, and space-efficient storage right at the workspace. WINEA SLIM is developed and manufactured in Germany. The product is certified with the Blue Angel, FEMB Level 3, and TÜV/GS; WINI’s environmental management system is certified according to ISO 14001 and EMAS (see Downloads for documentation). For commercial customers, WINI offers a 10-year long-term warranty as well as a 10-year replacement parts guarantee, thereby providing long-term investment and planning security. Optionally available in SARA particleboard made from 100% recycled waste wood.
Blue Angel | The Blue Angel is a German environmental label. For furniture made of wood and wood-based materials, it identifies low-emission products for indoor use and takes into account, among other things, environmental and health requirements. |
TÜV/GS | The GS mark stands for “Tested Safety.” It confirms that a ready-to-use product has been tested by an independent testing agency for safety requirements in accordance with the Product Safety Act. |
FEMB LEVEL 3 | FEMB LEVEL is a European sustainability certification for office and contract furniture. It evaluates environmental and social sustainability aspects throughout the product life cycle. Level 3 is the highest level within the LEVEL system. |
ISO 9001 | ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems. It describes requirements for structured processes to ensure and further develop product and service quality. |
ISO 14001 | ISO 14001 is an international standard for environmental management systems. It helps companies systematically identify, manage, and continuously improve their environmental impacts. |
EMAS | EMAS is a European environmental management system. It requires companies to demonstrate verified environmental performance, maintain transparent documentation, and pursue continuous improvement. |
10-Year WINI Long-Term Warranty | For commercial customers, WINI provides a 10-year long-term warranty from the date of manufacture, provided the conditions of the WINI warranty statement are met. The warranty supports long-term use and investment security. |
10-Year WINI Backorder Guarantee | The WINI continued availability guarantee applies for 10 years to all WINI products. It takes effect when a product is listed as “continued availability” in the WINI price lists. The guarantee ensures product functionality; an identical 1:1 replacement is not required. |
