Right next to the Bundesliga football stadium in Mönchengladbach is the new office location of DRIA, a commercial property asset and investment management company. The central location is particularly sought-after – a real ‘place to be’ for companies that want to combine good accessibility with an attractive neighbourhood. The DRIA team wanted an office that was not only functional but also reflected the special atmosphere of the surroundings – a place that conveyed energy, identity and team spirit with a view of Borussia Park.
Together with its specialist retail partner Pro Office, WINI Büromöbel turned this vision into reality. At the centre are 14 WINEA FLOW workstations in a matt black ‘PerfectSense’ finish, complemented by well-thought-out storage solutions. A real eye-catcher: the green underlighting of the tables. It echoes the illumination of the neighbouring stadium and creates a subtle but strong regional reference – an office that literally works in the right light.
The WINEA TEAMS table deserves special attention. In order to dynamically combine standing and sitting, a custom-made ‘connecting shaft’ was created, which was specially made by a carpenter and fused directly to the table on site. The result: an individual meeting place for meetings and collaboration that is aesthetically pleasing and demonstrates WINI's high degree of flexibility in customisation.
