Do you need support in quickly rectifying faults with your sit-stand desks? Do you need support with assembly? Do you have questions about the care of your WINI furniture? The WINI service team will be happy to help you with your concerns and questions.

FAQ Operation

  • Look at the operating instructions. These can usually be found underneath the tabletop on the Right side.
  • You will find the designation on the product sticker on the At traverse (transverse metal support under the desktop).
  • At the bottom of the tabletop you will find a so-called "CE marking" in the form of a Grey sticker. This also contains the name of the table system.

The easiest way to visually distinguish the table systems is by the different traverses. At traverse is the transverse metal support underneath the desktop. Using the pictures in the brochure "WINI error codes for operating elements and controls" on page 7, you can recognize the differences and assign them to the table system.

If you cannot find the name of the table system or are not sure, please contact WINI Service.

  • Plug in the mains cable and check the plug connection on the control unit
  • Check the plug connections of the motor cables on the drives
  • Check the plug connections of the motor cables on the control unit
  • Maximum lifting force exceeded? Reduce the weight on the At desktop.

If the error cannot be rectified as described, disconnect the mains plug, wait a few minutes and try to reinitialize the Desk! If an error still occurs repeatedly after this, disconnect the Desk from the mains and contact WINI Service.

Initialize your desk:
  • Move the Desk to the lowest position: Press and hold the down button on the handset until all drives have reached the lowest position.
  • Press the down button again: Press and hold the down button again for approx. 5 seconds until the Desk makes a slight movement downwards and back up again.
  • Do not release the button too soon: Do not release the button until the Desk has stopped moving. Releasing the button too early will result in a malfunction and the process must be repeated.

Please note that the optional collision protection is not active during initialization. There is a risk of crushing.

If the error cannot be rectified as described, disconnect the mains plug, wait a few minutes and try to initialize the Desk again! If an error still occurs repeatedly after this, disconnect the Desk from the mains and contact WINI Service.

When is initialization necessary?
  • For a new setup, after all cables have been connected.
  • If components (motor crossbar, handset, sensor) have been replaced.
  • If the plug position has been changed from M1 to M2 or vice versa.
  • If the control unit displays "- - -".
  • The following error numbers require initialization: E36/37/55/56/61/70/81
