One company - many training paths

With dual students in business administration and industrial engineering as well as trainees as wood mechanics and industrial clerks, the range of training opportunities is also present this year. Our qualified trainers and mentors provide first-class support. With our close cooperation with the Weserbergland University of Applied Sciences, the HLA Hameln and the BBS Springe, our trainees and students receive practical training and in-depth theoretical knowledge. Your success is our goal!

Your path is the goal

At WINI, our trainees and dual students benefit from practical training programs. They work in different departments on a rotating basis to gain as much experience as possible - within the framework of the training content.

With this, they work on exciting projects that impart real knowledge and skills. We attach great importance to personal responsibility, personal development and pursue the goal of passing on the successful WINI DNA to the next generation.

The dual study program at WINI offered me a good combination of theory and practice. Right from the start, I particularly liked the informal working atmosphere and the opportunity to get to know many different areas.

Now I'm a Key Account Manager and I can say that it's an area of work that I enjoy.
