The new office tract covering 2,065 square metres for the medical engineering side of business provides enough space for exhibition rooms and a future-oriented, generously proportioned and cheerfully colourful office world with 170 workstations at present.

In an overall bright and friendly environment with transparent office structures covering 1,000sq m: this is where 48 modular workstations based on the company’s corporate design were generated.

About WINEA MAXX

Based on a clear unit design, as well as an all-round durable and sustainable material concept, the WINEA MAXX cupboard system can be assembled to suit each individual. The design and construction stipulations included a uniform impression of the alignment of joints, as much modularity as possible and an overall unit depth of 45 cm for all cupboard variants. Highlighting certain optical features can be done by combining different décors or veneers, which can be freely selected for the top and bottom boards, side walls and fronts. Conceived systematically as modular, the cupboard components can be freely combined / extended up to a maximum height of 7 FH. So that the cupboards can be used from both sides, the single units can also be assembled as a mirrored configuration. With its different front variants, WINEA MAXX offers a multitude of assembly solutions for tailor-made contract furnishing solutions.

WINEA MAXX for individualists: The height/width/depth of WINEA MAXX shelves, hinged door taverns, sliding door cabinets, tambour cabinets and acoustic rear walls can be planned and ordered in customized sizes quite individually and millimeter exactly within the predefined minimum and maximum dimensions.

IB.SH Kiel

A 22,000 sqm building for Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein was constructed on the east side of the Hörn. The new building has brought together over 700 workplaces that were spread across up to 10 locations in Kiel until March 2022 - now they all work "under one roof". The project participants of IB.SH had high demands on a future-oriented office concept and precise technical and design ideas of the furnishing, which were realised with exciting solutions from WINI Büromöbel.


Hameln Pharma

An open working environment on an island with a direct view of the Weser. In the new building of the pharmaceutical company, a flexible office design in light colours and standardised workstations was created. A special solution for laptop use and quick adjustment in the WINEA FLOW sit-stand desk are part of the specific customer requirements. The active ingredients in this office planning: trust and quality.


Zedita Hameln

An innovation community in rural Weserbergland - that is the major goal of the large-scale project "zedita" of the Weserbergland University of Applied Sciences (HSW). In cooperation with various partners from administration, science and business, including WINI, a digital hub called "zedita" was created in the historic Kaisersaal of Hameln's railway station. The centre promotes innovation and digital working in the district of Hameln-Pyrmont.


Frasers Property

Warm, cosy atmosphere with lots of wood. Scandinavian design is in harmony here with the collaborative corporate culture - typically Dutch. The new European headquarters of Frasers Property in Amsterdam offers employees a homely office space with zones for brainstorming, exchange, interaction, relaxation and online meetings. Those involved in the project had a set budget and clear ideas. Some office furniture was custom-made according to requested drawings, which solved acoustic challenges, among other things.


Sartorius Campus

On a campus area of 170,000 square metres, an office concept that promotes creativity and communication reflects the company's values. Daylight-flooded, open rooms and team workplaces characterise the office zones. Special solutions in modular cupboard and table systems from WINI round off the overall lighting concept.


Raven51 AG in Frankfurt-Rödelheim

The Human Resources Marketing Agency Raven 51 moved to new premises in the Rödelheim district in Frankfurt uniting the knowledge and competence of the staff of two former locations. 45 employees are now joined under one roof. The new office world, designed by Industrial Designer Ursula Czugalla, offers ample space for 55 staff members. The pleasant colour scheme and the contemporary furniture create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.  The work benches, grouped in rows of three, are aligned along the window front. The ergonomic, height adjustable work desks are operated with an innovative control panel, by pushing the panel up or pressing it down the desks moves in the respective direction – easy as child’s play. These clever desks support healthy work postures, the various formal and informal areas which are scattered all over the open plan space invite the users to explore and use the whole office environment: for a quiet place to work, for creative activities, for collaboration and socialisation.

JOTEC Service & Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH in Erkelenz

In Erkelenz entstand für die Mitarbeiter der JOTEC, mithilfe des Einrichtungs- und Beratungstools DAS MEIN BÜRO PRINZIP – kurz DMBP, auf zwei Etagen eine ansprechende Bürolandschaft. Zu einem ungewöhnlich frühen Zeitpunkt, bereits zu Baubeginn 2016, konnte hier richtungsweisend mit dem DMBP beraten werden. Während der engen Zusammenarbeit in der dreijährigen Bauphase, wurde durch die Nutzung des DMBP-Analysetool eine weitsichtige Idee einer Arbeitsumgebung entwickelt. Auf die individuellen Wünsche des Bauherrn konnte jederzeit flexibel eingegangen werden. Es wurden nicht nur die benötigten individuellen Arbeitsplätze für Team- und Einzelarbeit realisiert, sondern auch vielseitige neue Besprechungszonen. Darunter die Büros der Geschäftsführung, offene gemeinschaftliche Kommunikationsbereiche, ein großzügiger Konferenzraum und ein einladender Empfangsbereich, ohne dabei die klassische Unternehmensstruktur sowie die Arbeitsweisen zu verändern. Die daraus resultierende maßgeschneiderte Lösung steht im Einklang zum gesamten Gebäude. Bodentiefe Glastrennwände sorgen für optische Offenheit und schaffen trotzdem die notwendige Abgrenzung für konzentriertes Arbeiten.

Deutsche Wohnen SE in Berlin

In January 2019, the 102 employees of Deutsche Wohnen returned to an office environment with a completely new scheme: In the Berlin headquarters, located in a historical building, the former small cubicles have given way to a spacious open plan office. In the sunlit and generously spaced gallery semi-private working and collaboration spaces were defined. Communication zones can easily be turned into meeting and presentation spaces, telephone boxes offer privacy for phone calls. For the trainees of the Deutsche Wohnen a creative space was included into the concept. The team offices are separated visually and acoustically with glass walls, offering privacy but not disturbing the open and airy atmosphere. Ergonomic height adjustable sit-stand desks and clever storage elements complete the picture.


VR Bank Nord eG

For the new headquarters of the VR Bank Nord eG in Flensburg WINI developed and supplied 35 consulting and work desks.  In collaboration with the client the furnishing was tailored to suit the client’s needs by combining WINEA SINUS acoustic panels, WINEA MAXX cabinets and WINEA PRO desks. With the use of these products, a highly functional furnishing solution with simple lines and neat design touches was created.


team baucenter GmbH & Co. KG in Kiel

The architectural office Kersig von Hanneken gave the team baucenter in Kiel-Kronshagen a face-lift and turned it into a modern, innovative building. The showroom impresses with the feel of a spacious loft, tiles and flooring materials are shown in a quiet and clutter-free atmosphere. The work and consulting desks mirror the displayed materials: functionality, clean lines and high quality. For optimal acoustics in the office area, ceiling panels and acoustically effective cabinet fronts have been included into the planning scheme.

Cocensus in Alkmaar/NL

Ernsting’s family GmbH & Co. KG in Coesfeld

The striking Chipperfield building of the Ernsting’s Headquarters was modernised and refurbished in 2016.  For the nearly 400 employees a friendly, light-flooded working environment with subdued colours was created, the main part being spacious Open Plan areas with benches for 2 or 4 users combined with  team offices, a few cellular offices, various conference and meeting rooms, a central cafeteria and a so-called “Creativity Room”.

 

 


IBB Investitionsbank Berlin in Berlin

Taking the wishes of the employees into account, in 2015 the internal IBB project team created a new furnishing concept, supported by civil engineers, specialised consultants and the company physician. A working environment was created that allows for ergonomic, concentrated work and offers a high degree of communication and flexibility to the around 600 employees.

 

 


OSI Europe Foodworks GmbH in Gersthofen

In the spring of 2016 the OSI group moved into its new European headquarters in Gersthofen – an existing building which had been gutted and restructured beforehand. In collaboration with the WINI Floor Planning Team a new working environment for just under 100 employees was created, reflecting the corporate identity of the company.

 

 


Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Aerzen

Behind the distinctive brick façade, subdivided horizontally by ribbon glazing, there is now a bright and friendly office and working world. Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co in Bamberg

For the automotive supplier Brose in Bamberg, WINI realized an open office concept in the corporate design of the company at the beginning of 2016 according to the specifications of Brose Werksplanung. At the customer's request, WINI also developed high-speed standard workstations with quick cranking technology and personal caddies in special design.


CBRE Global Investors GmbH in Frankfurt/Main

Accommodating 40 workstations on approx. 900 m², an open, design-orientated office world has evolved whose sheer quality and top-grade functionalism are a reflection of the company’s high regard for its staff and clients. Object sheet with detailed Informations (PDF)

For the Studitemps subsidiary in Cologne a furnishing solution was developed that is now set in contemporary open space structures, uses sophisticated media and equipment integration, and also has acoustic room conditioning for tasks requiring lots of concentration. Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Hannover

In the summer of 2017 WINI delivered just under 160 ergonomic sit/stand desks and meeting tables, acoustic on-desk panels and various storage components for the new building of an international auditing company based in Hannover, all made to measure to the specific requests of the company.

 

 


OSPA Ostsee-Sparkasse in Rostock

In the summer of 2015, WINI realized a new processor-oriented facility solution for the executive board set-up with representative reception workstations, waiting zones, individual offices and meeting rooms in accordance with the corporate design requirements of the financial institution.


Rabobank in Den Helder/NL

Maersk Deutschland A/S & Co. KG in Hamburg

According to the facilities plans of Office Group Munich WINI furnished the new offices of the German head office of the Danish MEARSK LINE, the worldwide largest container ship shipping company, in the Hamburg Ericus co. gate at the end of 2015. Today the MAERSK employees work on 2.5 floors (approx. 4,000 sqm) of the prominent building in the Hamburg port city in an open office landscape with ergonomically and acoustically optimized workstations.

In May 2014 the Sparkasse Bamberg opened the freshly renovated rooms of its new customer center at the Schönleinsplatz. Today the new facilities of the customer areas and the open space backoffice makes it possible for the 250 employes to work ergonomicly, concentrated and process optimized
in a harmoniously arranged office environment.

Tideworks Netherlands B.V. in Rotterdam/NL

For the Dutch subsidiary of the software service provider, WINI KantoorDesign completed the facility planning in summer 2014 and implemented a transparent, open office concept with high-quality, modular furnishings, including ergonomic height-adjustable desks for team and individual workstations as well as representative conference furniture.



Velde Groep in TZ's-Hertogenbosch/NL
