The new office tract covering 2,065 square metres for the medical engineering side of business provides enough space for exhibition rooms and a future-oriented, generously proportioned and cheerfully colourful office world with 170 workstations at present.

About WINEA ECO

Straightforward, ergonomic and reduced to a few assembly groups and the most important functions: the WINEA ECO table system offers high-level quality of material and design at an affordable price, which makes it an ideal first-time system for all workstation requirements. Based on a compact system concept with three frame variants (4-, C- and T-leg), fixed assembly groups and extension elements, WINEA ECO allows you to define all kinds of different furnishing solutions - from single, double and team workstations, to a conference solution and workbenches. Conforming with the latest EU norm EN 527-1:2011, the flexible table system offers a standard tool-based height-setting mechanism from 65 to 85 cm, as well as the crank adjustment option for C- and T-leg frames, at an extra charge. The ergonomic system has been extended to include stand-sit tables with electromotive height adjustment in the 65 – 125 cm range and integrated anti-collision protection. The WINI MOTION interactive touch switch can be optionally integrated into the tabletop as a control element.

WINEA ECO for individualists: The width of WINEA ECO tabletops, racks, cable channels and modesty panels can be planned and ordered in customized sizes quite individually and millimeter exactly within the predefined minimum and maximum dimensions.

Sartorius Campus

On a campus area of 170,000 square metres, an office concept that promotes creativity and communication reflects the company's values. Daylight-flooded, open rooms and team workplaces characterise the office zones. Special solutions in modular cupboard and table systems from WINI round off the overall lighting concept.


MAN in Augsburg

September 2018 saw MAN Energy Solutions SE/Augsburg moving into their reconstructed floor in the company’s administration building. A complete makeover of the technical and structural conditions was undertaken to create a contemporary office design with recreation areas, communications zones and shared desks, separated by glass walls to create a transparent and open working atmosphere. 56 ergonomic sit-stand desks were supplied, equipped with an acoustically effective back or side panel, depending on their positioning in the working area.

Particalur attention was paid to power and cable management and the vibration-free flat screen arms, which are installed in the desk’s organisation rail as well as attached to the privacy screen at the back. To provide space-saving storage of notebooks for the shared desks, WINI developped a bespoke solution which is incorporated by the desk’s integrated rail.

 

 


team baucenter GmbH & Co. KG in Kiel

The architectural office Kersig von Hanneken gave the team baucenter in Kiel-Kronshagen a face-lift and turned it into a modern, innovative building. The showroom impresses with the feel of a spacious loft, tiles and flooring materials are shown in a quiet and clutter-free atmosphere. The work and consulting desks mirror the displayed materials: functionality, clean lines and high quality. For optimal acoustics in the office area, ceiling panels and acoustically effective cabinet fronts have been included into the planning scheme.

JOTEC Service & Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH in Erkelenz

In Erkelenz entstand für die Mitarbeiter der JOTEC, mithilfe des Einrichtungs- und Beratungstools DAS MEIN BÜRO PRINZIP – kurz DMBP, auf zwei Etagen eine ansprechende Bürolandschaft. Zu einem ungewöhnlich frühen Zeitpunkt, bereits zu Baubeginn 2016, konnte hier richtungsweisend mit dem DMBP beraten werden. Während der engen Zusammenarbeit in der dreijährigen Bauphase, wurde durch die Nutzung des DMBP-Analysetool eine weitsichtige Idee einer Arbeitsumgebung entwickelt. Auf die individuellen Wünsche des Bauherrn konnte jederzeit flexibel eingegangen werden. Es wurden nicht nur die benötigten individuellen Arbeitsplätze für Team- und Einzelarbeit realisiert, sondern auch vielseitige neue Besprechungszonen. Darunter die Büros der Geschäftsführung, offene gemeinschaftliche Kommunikationsbereiche, ein großzügiger Konferenzraum und ein einladender Empfangsbereich, ohne dabei die klassische Unternehmensstruktur sowie die Arbeitsweisen zu verändern. Die daraus resultierende maßgeschneiderte Lösung steht im Einklang zum gesamten Gebäude. Bodentiefe Glastrennwände sorgen für optische Offenheit und schaffen trotzdem die notwendige Abgrenzung für konzentriertes Arbeiten.

Cosnova in Sulzbach

For Cosnava, a company located in Sulzbach near Frankfurt, we designed in co-operation with our partner LINAK a contemporary working environment with the focus on desk sharing. The enterprise is innovative and steadily growing. To attract and retain talents its working environment must be up-to-date in every aspect, ergonomics included. It goes without saying that the new desks are motor-operated height adjustable. An increasing number of employees requires more space. However, there is a limit to the space available. Due to the fact that not all employees are in the office at the same time – in particular the Sales Representatives are often out of the office and leaving their desks unused – an innovative solution for desk sharing had to be found.  This was the right time for the third company to step in and add their expertise to the project: the Dutch specialist for booking systems GoBright. The colourful cosmetic company Cosnova with its well-known brands essence, Catrice and L.O.V.  has by now a staff of 650 employees. Small multicoloured details in raspberry red, orange and pink reflect the company’s CI colours.


International Consulting Agency

A light-flooded and elegant office world with perfect acoustics and a fantastic view of the river Rhine was created in one of the Crane Houses in Cologne. An accurate analysis of the different task profiles is the basis on which the 4000 sqm were structured into meeting rooms and work desks, offering excellent conditions for every task.

SSI Schäfer in Giebelstadt

With its new competence centre, SSI Schäfer wanted to create a varied, communication-encouraging and multifunctional working environment in which SSI Schäfer employees not only feel comfortable but find perfect working conditions as well. On five levels with around 7,000 m² of total floor space, a future-oriented concept for modern working environments was created for the world's leading solution provider of modular storage and logistics systems, with optimal conditions for innovation and productivity.


IBB Investitionsbank Berlin in Berlin

Taking the wishes of the employees into account, in 2015 the internal IBB project team created a new furnishing concept, supported by civil engineers, specialised consultants and the company physician. A working environment was created that allows for ergonomic, concentrated work and offers a high degree of communication and flexibility to the around 600 employees.

 

 


Ernsting’s family GmbH & Co. KG in Coesfeld

The striking Chipperfield building of the Ernsting’s Headquarters was modernised and refurbished in 2016.  For the nearly 400 employees a friendly, light-flooded working environment with subdued colours was created, the main part being spacious Open Plan areas with benches for 2 or 4 users combined with  team offices, a few cellular offices, various conference and meeting rooms, a central cafeteria and a so-called “Creativity Room”.

 

 


Deltares in Delft/NL

In the Dutch town of Delft, right next door to the campus of the University of Technology, a new Deltares company building was constructed for more than 200 members of staff - based on the work form known as Het Nieuwe Werken (New Work) that is practised in the Netherlands. Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co in Bamberg

For the automotive supplier Brose in Bamberg, WINI realized an open office concept in the corporate design of the company at the beginning of 2016 according to the specifications of Brose Werksplanung. At the customer's request, WINI also developed high-speed standard workstations with quick cranking technology and personal caddies in special design.


OSI Europe Foodworks GmbH in Gersthofen

In the spring of 2016 the OSI group moved into its new European headquarters in Gersthofen – an existing building which had been gutted and restructured beforehand. In collaboration with the WINI Floor Planning Team a new working environment for just under 100 employees was created, reflecting the corporate identity of the company.

 

 


Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Hannover

In the summer of 2017 WINI delivered just under 160 ergonomic sit/stand desks and meeting tables, acoustic on-desk panels and various storage components for the new building of an international auditing company based in Hannover, all made to measure to the specific requests of the company.

 

 


Studitemps GmbH in Cologne

For the Studitemps subsidiary in Cologne a furnishing solution was developed that is now set in contemporary open space structures, uses sophisticated media and equipment integration, and also has acoustic room conditioning for tasks requiring lots of concentration. Rabobank in Waalwijk/NL

The new building, erected in 2107, offers a modern, colourful, homely and at the same time flexible working environment to the employees of the Rabobank. Open Space areas with ergonomic, height adjustable individual work desks and dual workstations., meeting areas, conference rooms, alcoves and recreational areas allow every employee to find a work place which adapts to his needs.

Maersk Deutschland A/S & Co. KG in Hamburg

According to the facilities plans of Office Group Munich WINI furnished the new offices of the German head office of the Danish MEARSK LINE, the worldwide largest container ship shipping company, in the Hamburg Ericus co. gate at the end of 2015. Today the MAERSK employees work on 2.5 floors (approx. 4,000 sqm) of the prominent building in the Hamburg port city in an open office landscape with ergonomically and acoustically optimized workstations.


Persis GmbH in Heidenheim
